Deposit: We require an agreed upon non-refundable deposit. Vehicles will not be held or taken out of inventory without a deposit payment. This advance payment may be made using a credit card or debit card. If the vehicle is not secured with a deposit, the vehicle will be released to other potential customers.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is due to the expenses involved with removing a vehicle from the market, relisting fees, additional interest, and possible loss of sale. We can assure you that we do not want your deposit unless you truly plan on purchasing our vehicle. If you do not complete a purchase, we will hold your deposit in abeyance to use towards purchasing another vehicle when that time arrives. A signed disclosure stating you agree to these terms must be submitted with the NONREFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure your vehicle.
Refund Policy: This deposit is non-refundable unless:
- Any financing that cannot be secured through the designated Financial Institution as identified by Boise’s Best Auto Sales.
- The vehicle is grossly misrepresented.
Buyer agrees to pay or secure financing for the remaining balance due plus applicable fees and taxes within seven business days or on an agreed upon specified date. All financial transactions must be completed before your vehicle can be delivered. Your deposit may be paid by credit or debit card.
Legal Disputes: For disputes arising from this agreement, Buyer and Seller agree Idaho law governs, waive the right to a jury trial, consent to the jurisdiction of Idaho state courts, and waive all rights to recover from the other costs, attorney fees, and all other expenses related to the dispute.
Boise’s Best Auto Sales reserves the right to cancel this agreement and refund the deposit at any time at the dealership's discretion.
I, (print name), hereinafter referred to as
“Buyer,” agree to pay the amount of $500.00 USD as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT toward the purchase of a vehicle including, but not limited to, a Truck, SUV or Car and acknowledging the representation to be accurate, to the Buyer by Boise’s Best Auto Sales hereinafter known as “Seller,” owner of said vehicle.

Seller hereby agrees in consideration of payment of said NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to withdraw said vehicle from the market until the above purchase of said vehicle has been completed and upon receipt of the remaining amount due for the purchase by the Buyer.
Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if he fails to pay the Seller the remaining amount due, when it is due, for the purchase of said vehicle the NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be forfeited or the Seller may at his sole discretion, hold the entire deposit amount in abeyance to be applied when making a future vehicle purchase from Boise’s Best Auto Sales.
By signing below buyer agrees to the above terms.
